❗ We are currently looking for a Head of Analytics who understands all work nuances of an analytical department on a large scale. You will lead more than 60 people. The department consists of BI analytics, operational and product analytics teams.
We rely on a data-driven approach so this is one of the key positions in the company.

You will
- Build the team. You will improve the processes of hiring, onboarding, training, development, evaluation
- Manage the team. You will create and improve the processes of goal setting, planning, performance
- Develop a Data Analytics strategy and implement it
- Manage team priorities and proactively raise any potential concerns or opportunities, seeking for solutions in a fast based environment
- Help analysts achieve their career goals and motivate your team. Share knowledge and mentor your team to ensure their growth
- Actively interact with key stakeholders and other departments
- Understand the main disadvantages of current processes of interaction
- Together with the analytical leads develop research methodologies, analytical tasks formats, mentoring processes and the other standards
- Promote the data-driven approach throughout the whole company
Our wishes
- Experience in building processes and teams on a similar scale (at least experience in managing a unit of 20-30 employees). Deep understanding of the principles of analytical processes building
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Head of Analytics will interact with a lot of stakeholders and leads form the numerous departments
- Strategic mindset, the ability to see a big picture
- Developed system and critical thinking
- Advanced prioritization skill. You will prioritize a large number of tasks for yourself and for your subordinates
- Proactive approach and ability to take responsibility for the result
- Strong people management skills, ability to motivate the team
- Experience with Tableau is desirable
